Bank of America signs 190K sf renewal at Brookfield Place

Bank of America completed an early renewal for four floors at Brookfield Place in Lower Manhattan, sources told The Real Deal. The company signed a deal for 189,124 square feet across floors 37 to 40 at Brookfield Property Partner’s 225 Liberty Street. Alex Lifeson to participate in fundraiser for the West End Phoenix community newspaper

Dave Bidini’s West End Phoenix monthly community newspaper for Toronto’s West End launched this past October and Rush’s Alex Lifeson contributes a “storytelling comic” titled The Meaning of Lifeson to the publication, which is illustrated by artist Casey McGlynn. The newspaper will be holding a Phoenix Rising concert fundraiser on Thursday, March 29th at The Great Hall on Queen Street, and Alex Lifeson will be one of the participants. Vornado officially plans to sell its stake in 666 Fifth
